Senate does not override the President's decision against the Keystone XL Pipeline

CNN—WASHINGTON

News Brief:

On March 8, The Senate rejected a proposal that would have bypassed President Obama’s rejection of the Keystone XL Pipeline by a margin of only four votes.

With the recent allegations against the lack of oversight of the EPA’s proposal on the environmental effects of the pipeline, the next step in the life or death of the pipeline is unclear.

A press conference with politicians from Congress, Interest Groups, and the Executive Branch was held yesterday, and two more will occur today. #
